Question 1: Do you have to be a registered RN) to own a home health agency, or other type of medical concierge?
No, you do not have to be a nurse; however, some business structures will require you to hire a RN.
Question 2: Are there guidelines for providing post op care specific to cosmetic surgery clients?
Just because it is elective surgery, does not mean that there are no guidelines, there are very standards and guidelines that that need to be followed.
Question 3: Do all agency structures: home care/ medical concierge agencies require licensing?
Every homecare agency has a different structure, depending on the structure you implement, you maybe license exempt.
Question 4: Are "recovery homes" for post op clients legal?
No, recovery homes for post op care clients are not called recovery homes, and typically are illegal.
Question 5: Does Med Miami assist with licensing for my homecare business?
